Well to make a long story short spent over $2,000.00 on a washer and dryer set and everything went down hill from there. Couldn’t get dryer installed due to a faulty gas line which I had repaired that very day.

Scheduled my installation and they never came, followed up with over 12 phone calls including just random disconnected calls to just plain hang ups from their CS reps. Still day later no call backs as promised next thing you know I’m with a customer at their place of business at Sears installer calls me tells me he’s 5 minutes away “Are You Damn Serious!” What flying F**** is this you where suppose to call me back with an install time. Now once more another scheduled appointment, I told them to shove it up their A**** and I put their washer and dryer outside, called my bank and filed a chargeback.

Take your business elsewhere is the moral of the story, damn CS Reps I didn’t even know their CS is based out of the good ole U.S of A. Damn Sears and your cost cutting measures!!!
