I bought my washing machine and dryer at Southpointe in Durham NC. I had problems with my dryer from the first day.

I tried calling the sales person and dept. from the purchase, called 10 times, no one ever got back to me. I tried calling the repair dept., they were rude and unhelpful. I then called LG where they are having me fill out an online report, so still no help.

My advise STAY AWAY FROM SEARS!!!!!!! By the way, I waited 7 hours for my delivery, and the person who installed my dryer, attached it to my old vent. When I questioned him about that, he said it would be fine.

He also said he would leave the new one with me (which he didn't). Guess what, the dryer doesn't work due to improper vent flow.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Dryer Installation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: someone get me a new vent and attatch it to my dryer.
