We purchased a Kenmore water heater that was warrantied for 12 years. We paid more for that product because of the warranty.

5 years in, the water heater quit working. We went back to Sears and they could not provide us with one and sent us on our own to find a natural gas 50 gallon heater. They agree to give us back a credit for 899.00. We purchase one for 757.00 and they will not reimburse us!

We believe they are a fraudulant and misleading company.

They misrepresent their products and warranties. We are now trying to deal with their corporate headquarters on this issue and we have filed a complaint with the Nevada State Dept of Insurance.
