My fianc and I received a grill as a gift. We would like to buy a different one at sears but because it is passed the 30 days they will not allow us to return it or exchange.
The grill is sitting in the box and has never been opened. We have called the store that it was purchased at and corporate. We have also given a complaint to the complaint department and after a 15 minute conversation we were told there was nothing they could do. We wonder why we were asked to give a report for no reason.
Never register at Sears ever. Now we are stuck with a grill we don't want.
Oh and we were told we should sell it on Craigslist. Guess they don't want the money they are already losing?
