Not resolved

I ordered a pair of high heel boots in the beginning of March and two toddler outfits. I noticed by my bank account that the money had been taken out but when I went to my sears online account it said the order was still processing.

Well some how they made a mistake and asked if I would like for them to resend the order thru again. I said yes but I guess they were sold out so I didn't get the boots. When I asked about the toddler outfits they told me last Thursday that they would be sent out to me on the following Wednesday.

So now I have to wait another six days for the delivery because of the holiday. My advice is if you are in a hurry for something sears online IS NOT THE WAY TO GO!!
