We are a long standing customer (over 20 years) and our house has mostly Sears products. Service used to be good but no longer.

The last three service calls had to be rescheduled and today's 3/28/2017 was rescheduled three times. So we waited seven hours not four. We were not notified when they didn't show. When we called (because they were late) they had rescheduled without notice.

The last service call repaired nothing. It was for repair of a dish washer and the technician could not stay long enough to see the problem, because sear limits the time they can spend at a customer site. So we had to make another appointment for repair. This time they will blind swap out some parts to attempt a repair.

The dishwasher (top of the line kenmore) failed in three years. In retrospect I think we will stop buying from Sears.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Buying in store, That they had the product i as looking for.

I didn't like: Abusing customer service, Warranty replacement availability, Customer suppoet, Fact that they do not care about causing issues in my life.
