Not resolved

Ordered new LG washer and dryer set ($1723.51) 4/15/2018. The set was delivered on 4/17/2018.

Outstanding, right? Hold that thought!!! Dryer was dented on the left back corner. Installers turned it on and it sounded like someone beating on a tin roof with a hammer.

Delivery guy said someone would call me within an hour to schedule a change out. Well 4 hours later I had to call in, spoke to 3 different customer service reps before getting to the right one. I was then told that it would take 24 to 48 hrs for someone to call to schedule another appointment for change out. Why schedule it right then while we are on the phone together, right???

Nice! Well I called back today 4/18/2018 at 2 pm and was told it was scheduled for this Friday 4/20/2018. That's right, NO ONE called me to pass on that bit of information! Yahoo...another day I get held captive from the hours of 7:30 AM to 9 PM.

Sure I'll be shopping at Sears again.

Bwahahahahaha I can't even type that without laughing. Sears we are done after this is cleared up!
