Bought six women's blouses, did not like and returned them immediately in Oct 2012. Still awaiting my refund and it is now January 11, 2013!

Spent hours on the phone with customer service agents and told by them that the refund is coming, should have been here already and so sorry for the frustration.

I am still waiting!

I am irate and will most likely save myself a lot of future pain by not shopping there again. I thought their online department was great until having to report an issue and being forced to wait on the phone for hours.

Monetary Loss: $128.
