Delivery scheduled between 9 and 11 am. Called at 11:30 am - no help.
Said they could not tell me when delivery was going to occur. Told me truck broke down. Hear at noon that the truck story is a lie, that the driver went to rent a delivery truck at 10 am when the rental counter opened (this rental place is at least a half hour away). After an hour waiting, they finally tell me that the deliver is not yet scheduled and they would call me back.
Waited till after 1, called back, nobody called, waited 20 minutes, told that the delivery would be in thirty minutes. Waited till 3, called back after hearing from nobody, finally told truck on the way. Got a call from delivery supervisor, who was arrogant and obnoxious and would not tell me when the delivery truck would arrive. Lied some more.
Truck shows up at 3:30, I ask why the delivery was six hours late, express frustration, denied delivery. Cancel the order, wasted a whole day.
Never buy anything from Sears you can't take with you.
