I have been calling to get my washer fixed a total of 7 times (so far) in the past 6 months. After I got fed up with their contracted service, I demanded to get a Sears technician.
2 Weeks ago the last technician told us he was ordering a new control panel. I called to follow up on it today (1 week and a half later) and I was told that technician said my washer was working fine and there was no mention of ordering a new panel. My towels have been locked inside for 3 weeks now!! I was basically told to pound sand.
I am getting another visit this Thursday but the technician won't bring a control panel because the prior one did not mention it. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my hawser at Sears. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. RUN THE OTHER WAY.
They just lost 4 loyal customers. No wonder they are going out of business.
Just go to Costco.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
I didn't like: Useless customer service staff.
