Purchased a new fridge on 6/02/18, super excited it was my very first brand new fridge. 15 days later it quit on a Saturday after I re-stocked it.
I have called the repair number numerous times along with sears. Was told to live out of an ice chest for the time being. After about 2 days wasted on hold and transferred, was told to call a local repair service. I have called several in my area but all declined to work with sears due to lack of payment.
I have opted out and asked the service man to fix it and I’ll pay out of pocket. What good is a warrranty if it can’t be filled?
