I purchased a Craftsman table saw and the "Sears master protection agreement." With light use, first the motor went out, then the lift mechanism seized. After months of taking many days off, for their repair technicians, those parts were eventually replaced.

The second motor has now failed and the electric push button switched has burnt up. (I use the saw occasionally). Customer service and technical support have given me the run around for two months by Promising replacement parts. When the parts never arrive I call back and 1/2 the time they can not find my account and they have NEVER been able to see the previous orders.

I get a different response every time. Supervisors that were requested to call back never do. I have asked for simple parts that anyone can install. I could go on and on but trying not to sound like an irate individual.

I am done with Sears and Craftsman.

Their customer service is below deplorable. Craftsman table saw - Junk!

Reason of review: Poor customer service and Poor quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Replace technical support personnel!.

I didn't like: Sears failure to honor warranty.
