bought an oven from sears. It does not work.
I have been trying to exchange/repair it for 4 weeks. I had to call back several times to even set up an appt for repair because their systems is 'down.' Finally, I get in touch, set up a repair date, and they cancel. I call back, and they cannot get a tech out here for repair until 3+ weeks from now.
They refuse to exchange it until we wait those 3 weeks and have a repair man sign off on it. I decided to just return it and buy an oven somewhere else, but they cannot tell me if they will charge me for the return, because their system is 'down,' again.
