Sears, I have been waiting 9 days for you to fix a repair that I have already paid for. Your company is the worst to deal with, I have spoken to over 12 people and each one is more rude than the one before them.
Tried to call the cooperate office and two people who answered phone refused to give out their names were down right bad. I can't believe sears pays employees' they are terrible; sears you are wasting your money on your employees. I still have a washer that is a year and a half old and is still not fixed; sears when are you going to do your job that I paid you for?
I will tell all people that I know never to use your company, they will regret it. If you would like to call me and discuss your lack of service, I would appreciate it.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
