I was lied to when we got our AC and heater installed 10 years ago. The installation tech said he put in a chimney liner and it said that as well in two places on my receipt.

Now, I have had to service my heater because rust has locked up the motor. Our new technician says it's because we don't have a liner to help with proper exhaust - causing condensation. I spent over $6,000 with sears, and they are not doing anything for me now, even though the receipt reflects their was a liner installed.

Satisfaction NOT GUARANTEED. Terrible company.
