Not resolved

I was lied to by a customer service rep. I purchased a washer and dryer with the belief that if I called the number he provided me I could secure 12 months interest free financing, I ended up with the card but no special financing because it was a previous purchase, 3 hours later I have resolved nothing and still sitting on hold waiting for a supervisor to speak with, it has been just a painful experience
