The person I called was not very helpful. I was calling back due to being cut off.

I asked to be transffered to a operator in the US. She told me this was not possable. I said well the last person I spoke with was not able to help me and they did it with no problem.

After we talked about this for a few minutes I asked to be transfer the call to a service plan person and again she told me that she could not do this that she was more than able to help me, She was a supervisor.

after talking about this for almost 30 minutes the rep said " on my god" I asked what was it... next think I know the phone line is ringing, she had blind transfer me to the department I was asking for.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
