On 5/14/2019 we ordered a freezer from Sears Online. It took approximately a month before it was delivered.
On 6/9/2019 we realized I had not ordered the frost free unit, contacted Sears online again, ordered the correct on and it was delivered in 2 days.. At this time the delivery company picked up the original one. We were not provided any delivery or pickup paperwork as the delivery guys used their smart phones for everything. It's now 8/13/2019 and we still have not received credit for the original item.
We now have over 14 hours of time on the phone, on hold, chatting with Sears and we can't get anything resolved. We disputed the charges with CitiBank so everything been placed on hold. Today we got a letter from the cc company saying that we needed to provide them paperwork for pickup of which we never received any.
I'm on hold now waiting on customer solutions. I will NEVER use Sears again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1400.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Sears Pros: It is a living nightmare.
Sears Cons: Worst customer service ever, Transferred without success.
