I ordered my sons Xmas present on 11/24 got a receipt and confirmation that they were processing the order and would arrive on dec 5th on dec 4th it was confirmed the order would be here the 5th..never came I called Cs they said I’m sorry we cancelled the order we are out of stock we placed money back on ur card ..

well i no calls saying it was cancelled or emails and no money returned , I was on an hour and a half and at the end of the call , I was basically called a lier and it was all of a sudden a bad order card rejected .. but they will give me 10$ of points or something to shop at sear .. how nice of them.. SEARS STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS AND COULD CARELESS THEY WRECKED CHRISTMAS and didn’t return my money..

AND WOULD HELP IF CUSTOMER SERVICE UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH.

I said I have my receipt and bank statement he said call bank cuz on his end I have no order they now haven’t charged my card ..DO BUY BUT SEARS ON LINE no wonder they are going out of business theives
