I had the worse experience with sears.com customer service. My order # 875353097 has not been delivered to the store for 2 months now. Upon, inquiring about the shipping delay they are telling me I need to call the store and cancel my order as it has been lost in the processing and they will provide me a refund in 15 days.
I asked them why can't you simply reorder it, or make sure its shipped to the store? If the order is lost in processing by sears.com how is that a customer fault? I will never buy anything from sears again..
I asked the rep twice to let me speak to the manager. The reps from the Philippines were very rude and after waiting for an hour I hung up.
They have lost a customer.
