One cannot call Sears in any way; even at the corporate office. All one gets is a series of phone numbers all leading to the same overseas operators who can do nothing but repeat a scripted response.

We were supposed to receive delivery of a new box spring to replace one that was not the correct size. That was two weeks ago.
they gave us a delivery date of today, January 12. Last night we received a phone call and an email stating that they would be here today, January 12 between 10:15 and 12:15. At approximately 9:15 we received a phone call saying they would not deliver the box spring today and that we could expect delivery on Friday, January 25!! This is ridiculous!
How can you tell us that we are on the delivery schedule and then get a call telling us you don't have the product?! Really?? The mattress and box springs we ordered originally on November 11, 2018 had the delivery cancelled 3 times before we finally got them!!! On that day, the drivers didn't take our old mattress away (yes, we paid for that extra service) but left them to come back later in the day because their truck was "too full".
They never returned. It took a week for Sears to come back and get them.
They sat outside in the front of our house in the rain and snow before they finally showed up to retrieve them. Sears = the worst delivery system ever.
