THEY REPEATEDLY CANCEL DELIVERIES WITHOUT EVER NOTIFIYING CUSTOMER OF CANCELLED DELIVERY!
2015 Washer & Dryer purchase. No show 1st scheduled delivery. Then on 2nd scheduled delivery showed up with only one product, not both. Additionally, 2x waited for scheduled delivery with no shows, no calls & spent total of 11 phone calls, 4 hours on said calls two days in a row, getting run around. Then 2 additional delivery dates/times scheduled. Given over 6 conflicting excuses/reasons why. Major language barrier with Delivery Customer Service. No help from regular customer service. Had to get retail store involved to get escalated. Finally, decided not to wait to find out if they'll show on 4th scheduled day. Cancelled order and bought from Lowe's who will delivery next day.
2013 Sears delivery did over 2k of damage to our home (and their insurance paid promptly without issue), also damaged new appliance which they replaced and handled properly. We figured it was just a 'bad day' for one delivery group.
But now see it's a pattern. Every part of delivery process appears to be outsourced to various groups/systems that don't work together.
