They are the worst on this planet. I've had my appointment rescheduled 3 times with out my consent and have waited 2 months just have parts placed in.

I've never been this disrespected by any company. I'm the one who had to call Sears just find out that a tech is not coming or that I was not at home. I'm so upset and frustrated that Sears has the guts to bluntly lie to me and tell me they only have one tech for more than 7 jobs and they can't reach the tech to come.

I was never placed on an emergency visit nor placed as the first appointment despite failing to show up more than 3 times. This kind of situation can make a customer sue the company.
