Spent $10,500 on a new unit installed by Sears. Within a week there was water leaking from our ceiling.
Had to take off work for them to repair it and again for them to come take care of the wet spot on the ceiling. Now, 3 months into new unit it’s blowing a mildew smell and not cooling at all, blowing hot air. The service manager is IMPOSSIBE to get a hold of and doesn’t return calls or emails. Same experience with the district manager.
When you call their help line it sends you to a voice mail where you can not leave a messag. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and terrible workmanship.
