DO NOT EVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FOM SEARS-- THEY ARE NO LONGER THE COMPANY THEY USE TO BE. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT A COMPANY THAT USED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST FOR APPLIANCES HAS DESERTED THEIR HIGH STANDARDS FOR RUBBISH.
I purchased a refrigerator from Sears last April - By December all my food was freezing. It is now March -I have had 8 repair visits- they have replaced every possible part- I have wasted tons of food- absolutely ridiculous - every visit they leave a receipt with $500-$1000 costs covered under my warranty- this does not include the days of work I have missed or phone calls I have made.
I was disconnected 4 times in my last phone call and had to start over each time. I WILL NEVER EVER ENTER A SEARS AGAIN-- I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE - ABSOLUTE WORSE PRODUCT AND SERVICE EVER!
