When I bought my washer and dryer we were upfront and said we were moving within 6 months. Sears said not a problem we can reinstall in your new place just call this number.

Not only have I called the sears number but I have also shown up at the store asking that the washer and dryer be reinstalled. I've been doing this since February when I first moved. Product was only 3 months old. All they keep telling me is that they can't not do this because it's not a new product.

So when I purchased them I got lied to and now I have a washer and dryer just sitting here. Sears you seriously are the worst company to work with and I will never buy from you guys ever again!! I will spread the word to never buy from you ever!!

You have the worst customer service ever!! Your people will lie to the customer just to get a sale and then leave them high and dry after!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Yep they lied to you

Happens all tge time to get your money wont be their problem when you move

I worked at Sears and wecdid whatever was needed to get the sale

No company will reinstall an appliance
