Long story short, it has been 4 weeks since i bought a gas cooktop from Sears. After 4 weekends of frustration (no installation, no shows, hung up on by cust service), I was in tears.

It is very clear to me why this company is in trouble. They are horrible! We are returning our gas cooktop and will NEVER BUY FROM SEARS EVER AGAIN! Worst experience in my life!

If you are considering buying from Sears, think again.

Save yourself the stress, inconvenience and rudeness. In this day and age, there are too many other better options!
