The appliance department at Sears, Silverdale is the WORST!! Bought $3,300 Kenmore refrigerator.

Stopped working after three years. First service appt the tech was a no-show. After FOUR service calls with four different techs, refrigerator still not fixed. Now being told "to call somebody else and stop calling them." The only thing they managed to do was scratch my hardwood floors.

Lack of customer service was astonishing. Made calls all the way up to corporate. They do not care. Out the $3,300, money for service calls, and had to buy new refrigerator.

Will NEVER buy anything from any Sears store again.
