I ordered a mattress from Sears and they had messed up the order. Since I was moving I had the delivery sent to my new house (about an hour away).

They sent me the wrong sized bed frame and wanted to take my entire order away after I had already paid cash. I refused thinking they could never come back. So i arranged an exchange date to bring the correct sized frame and they never showed. I wasted an entire day sitting around at my new place where I do not live yet, two hours in gas, and an hour on the phone with clueless customer service.

I will never order anything from Sears again. I'm glad this place is going out of business, it deserves it!
