Went into the local Sears Store Georgetown Texas 78628 and ordered a front door switch for a Kenmore dryer submit it all information ask for model number serial number and so on, paid $27.46 left the store received the part in the mail approximately 6 days later it was the wrong part it was a broken belt switch not a front door switch went back to my local Sears store they basically laughed said call this number which I did sat on hold for more than 20 minutes went to the website tried to use the website but wasn't able to do so it would not accept my order number so I got on the chat through the website and was able to get a return authorization label very helpful individual on the website printed it out sent the part back to Sears and today to my surprise received an email stating the my refund has been processed wow that was great quick fast efficient the only problem I had was I paid $27.46 and Sears refunded me $20.09 so it only cost me $7.37 to get *** around by Sears fantastic I think I'll go again next week! I suppose it's some kind of a restocking fee because the *** in the Sears store ordered the wrong part I have to pay for that I guess never again
